Merchandise is a complicated process and we will do our very best to meet your
expectations. Final art, product specifications, and embellishments are
required for Purchase Authorization (PAs).
Futureshirts is responsible for:
a. Assigning one Account Executive (AE) per account. The AE alone
shall place orders for PAs and shall be responsible for their accuracy.
b. Following the PA accurately. In the event a product received is substantially different from the
PA, Futureshirts shall be responsible to make reasonable and fair attempts to
remedy it.*
c. Providing product estimates prior to final details or art.
Futureshirts is not responsible for:
a. Reviewing PAs once approved. What you see on the PA is
what you will get.
b. Legitimate limitations by suppliers or manufacturers, resolution shall be at
Futureshirts' discretion.
c. Missed details when PAs are placed by the client.
d. Price changes on PAs when converting from an estimate to a PA.
Estimates are for research purposes only and will not have "final"
details like the PA.
e. Blank mill shortages.
f. Missed deadlines. Once a deadline is missed, Futureshirts shall not be responsible
to meet initial due dates. Futureshirts reserves the right to charge a rush fee.
g. Graphic artists that Futureshirts does not pre-approve.
h. Variations due to the client ignoring production policies.
i. Suppliers or manufacturers reviewing designs once the PA is approved.
j. Matching final product/design colors to the client's computer monitors.
The client is responsible for:
a. Understanding and confirming details when approving Purchase
Authorizations (PA).
b. Acknowledging that Futureshirts' design templates are "mock
ups" and not shown to scale. It is the client's responsibility to
verify logo size and location using a ruler in inches.
c. Clearly communicating desires prior to PA approval. Futureshirts is not required
to explain everything. If you are unsure about something, it is your
responsibility to contact us during your research.
d. Connecting the preferred graphic artist with the AE. Prior to PA approval, Futureshirts
shall make reasonable attempts to contact the artist, but if the artist does not cooperate,
Futureshirts is not responsible for the outcome.
e. Establishing someone to approve Work Order (WO) Digital Samples. The client
shall be notified about Digital Samples and shall have 30 minutes to approve the Digital Samples; if the client is
unreachable during that time frame to approve, Futureshirts shall appoint the AE to
verify order accuracy in relation to the PA and authorize the AE to approve or
require adjustments.
When problems arise:
*All claims must be received within 15 days of reciept of your
order.
*It
is our final discretion if we will resolve by discounts, modifications, or
re-orders. We will suggest comparable products, but we reserve the right to
adjust the PA to reflect cost of goods.
